Overview
This device is a modular low-voltage switchgear assembled at the factory from standard modules (hereinafter referred to as “the device”). It is suitable for AC power supply systems with a frequency of 50–60 Hz and a rated operating voltage of 660 V or less, and is used for the control of equipment involved in power generation, transmission, distribution, electrical energy conversion, and electrical energy consumption.
This equipment complies with IEC 439, VDE 660 Part 5, and the national standard GB 7251.12-2013 “Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies,” as well as the industry standard ZBK 36001-89 “Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assemblies.”
Product Features
This withdrawable switchgear is a newly developed product. Its technical level has reached the internationally advanced standards of the 1990s.
Compact design: accommodates a greater number of functional units within a smaller footprint.
High structural versatility and flexible assembly: C‑section profiles with a 25 mm module can meet the requirements of various structural configurations, protection levels, and operating environments.
It adopts a standard modular design: it can be configured into standardized units for protection, operation, switching, control, regulation, measurement, and indication, which users can freely select and assemble according to their needs. With over 200 types of components, it is possible to configure frame structures and drawer units in a variety of configurations.
Safety: Extensive use of high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastic components effectively enhances protective safety performance.
High technical performance: Key parameters meet contemporary international standards.
Operating environmental conditions
1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, nor fall below -5°C, and the 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed +35°C.
2. Atmospheric conditions: The air shall be clean, with a relative humidity not exceeding 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidities are permissible—for example, 90% at +20°C—provided that temperature fluctuations are taken into account, as occasional moderate condensation may occur.
3. The altitude shall not exceed 2,000 m.
4. This device is suitable for transportation and storage within the following temperature range: from –25°C to +55°C, with brief exposure (not exceeding 24 hours) up to +70°C. Under these extreme temperatures, the device shall not sustain any irreversible damage and must continue to function normally under standard operating conditions.
5. If the aforementioned operating conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer shall resolve the issue through mutual consultation.
6. When this equipment is used on offshore oil drilling and production platforms or nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement shall be concluded.

1. Rated insulation voltage: 660 V

3. Maximum operating current of the main busbar: 5,500 A (IPOO), 4,700 A (IP30)
4. Short-time (1 s) withstand current of the main busbar: 100 kA (RMS)
5. Short-time peak current of the main busbar: 250 kA (maximum value)
6. The maximum operating current of the distribution busbar (vertical busbar) is 1000 A.
7. Short-time peak current of the distribution busbar (vertical busbar): Standard type, 90 kA (maximum value)
Enhanced 130 kA (maximum)
Protection rating
Compliant with IEC 529 and DIN 40050 standards.
IP30 protection against solid objects larger than 2.5 mm in diameter
IP40 protection against solid objects larger than 1.0 mm in diameter
IP54 provides protection against dust and splashing water from any direction.

It is assembled from drawers of various sizes, with the main switches for each circuit employing high‑breaking‑capacity molded case circuit breakers or rotary load switches equipped with fuses.

Cabinet structure
The basic structure of the switchgear cabinet is assembled from C‑section profiles. These C‑section profiles are fabricated by bending steel sheets with mounting holes spaced at a 25 mm module. All cabinet frames and internal partitions undergo galvanizing and passivation treatment, while the front and side panels are finished with electrostatic powder coating.
