Product Description

Overview

This device is a modular low-voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) assembled by the factory with standard modules. This device is suitable for power supply systems with AC 50-60HZ, rated working voltage 660V and below, and is used for power generation, transmission, and distribution. Electricity, electric energy conversion and control of electric energy consuming equipment.

This device complies with IEC439, VDE660 Part 5 and GB7251.12-2013 "Low-Voltage Complete Switchgear" national standard, ZBK36001-89 "Low-Voltage Withdrawable Complete Switchgear" professional standard.

 

Features

The withdrawable switchgear is a new product developed recently. Its technical level has reached the international advanced level in the 1990s.

Compact design: more functional units can be accommodated in a smaller space.

Strong structural versatility. Flexible assembly: The C-shaped profile with 25mm as the modulus can meet the requirements of various structural types, protection levels and use environments.

Using standard module design: they can be composed of standard units such as protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement, indication, etc., and users can choose and assemble them according to their needs. With more than 200 kinds of assembly parts, different schemes of frame structure and drawer unit can be formed.

Safety: A large number of high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components are used to effectively strengthen the protection and safety performance.

High technical performance: The main parameters have reached the contemporary international technical level.

 

Use environmental conditions

1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and its average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35℃.

2. Atmospheric conditions, clean air, relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40℃, higher relative temperature is allowed at lower temperature, for example 90% at +20℃, but should be considered When the temperature changes, moderate condensation may occasionally occur.

3. The altitude does not exceed 2000m.

4. This device is suitable for the transportation and storage process at the following temperature: between -25℃ and +55℃, it can reach +70℃ in a short time (not more than 24h). The device should not be subjected to these extreme temperatures. To any irreversible damage, and should be able to work normally under normal conditions.

5. If the above conditions of use cannot be met, it should be resolved by the user and the manufacturer through negotiation.

6. When this device is used in offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed.

Cabinet structure

The basic structure of the switchgear cabinet is composed of C-shaped profile assembly. The C-shaped profile is made by bending a steel plate with E=25mm as the module mounting hole. All cabinet frames and inner partitions are galvanized and passivated. The surrounding door panels and the side panels are treated with electrostatic spraying.
