Product Description
General
The Non-crystalline Alloy lron-sore Transformer is a new environmental transformer.The iron core is made by the American non-crystalline alloy material.The oil tank is manufactured from domestic corrugating oil tank automatic processing line.lt is a complete sealed and maintenance-free structure.lt has many good features,such as low voie,low loss,energy-saving and so on.lt has been widely used in residential quarters, hospitals, schools and any other public places.
The Non-crystalline Alloy lron-core is a cut-wound iron core structure of three phases and five poles, The shape of the iron core suction is rectangle. The Non-crystalline Alloy is a kind of non-crystalline metal.The thickness of it is only 0.2mm.lt has been made by advanced technology. Compared with the silicon-cooper crystal, it is more facilitate to be magneted and demagnetize.
The coil is rectangle and multi-layers. It has adoted an excellent non-oxygen copper electromagnetism.There are insulating paper between layers, which enhances the mechanical strength.
The Non-crystalline Alloy lron-core has used the corrugating oil tank.It has been passed the advanced automatic oil tank processing line and strictly tested by the water pressure, air pressure and fluorescence, which ensures the reliability and safety of the product.
