S(B)H15-M·R Series 20 kV Amorphous Alloy Power Transformer

　　Structural features

　　1. The amorphous alloy core adopts a wound‑core structure, with a three‑phase, five‑limb configuration and a rectangular core cross‑section. Amorphous alloy is an “amorphous metal,” in which the metal atoms are arranged in a disordered fashion. With a material thickness of only 0.02 mm, it is manufactured using the advanced “planar spray‑casting” process. This material, whose crystalline structure differs fundamentally from that of silicon‑steel laminations, exhibits superior magnetic permeability and demagnetization characteristics.

　　2. The coil is rectangular and multi-layered, wound with oxygen-free copper wire, and employs perforated adhesive paper for interlayer insulation to enhance its mechanical strength.

　　3. Amorphous‑alloy power transformers feature an aesthetically pleasing corrugated oil tank, manufactured on an advanced automated tank‑production line and rigorously subjected to hydrostatic leak testing, pneumatic pressure testing, and fluorescent inspection, thereby ensuring product reliability and safety.
