Product Overview The SG(B)11 non‑encapsulated Class H dry-type power transformer employs an insulation system based on DuPont Nomex® paper. Both the high‑ and low‑voltage windings are insulated with Nomex® paper and undergo vacuum pressure impregnation with Class H solvent‑free insulating varnish, followed by high‑temperature curing. This process ensures excellent electrical and mechanical performance throughout the transformer’s entire service life. Product Features Nomex® paper exhibits excellent resistance to aging, shrinkage, and compression, while maintaining superior elasticity. As a result, even after years of operation, the windings retain their structural integrity and can withstand the mechanical forces generated during short circuits. The no‑load and load losses are 20% and 25% lower, respectively, compared to the requirements specified in GB 10228-1997, making this product a low‑loss, low‑noise, environmentally friendly solution.
