Product Overview The SC(B)10-13 series 35kV-class epoxy‑cast, non‑excited voltage‑regulating dry‑type transformers are manufactured using F‑ or H‑class epoxy resin compounds with fillers. After vacuum degassing through a thin film process, the windings—both high and low voltage—are cast under vacuum and pressure in thin layers, reinforced with glass‑fiber forming meshes on their inner and outer surfaces. These transformers exhibit exceptionally high mechanical strength, electrical insulation strength, and thermal resistance. Product Features 1. Flame-retardant, explosion-proof, pollution-free, maintenance-free, and capable of decentralized installation at load centers, reducing capital investment and costs. 2. Low losses and excellent energy-saving performance, delivering significant operational cost savings. 3. Partial discharge levels below 10 pC; coils do not absorb moisture or dust, offering high mechanical strength and reliable operation, further reducing expenses. 4. Excellent short-circuit withstand capability and superior lightning impulse resistance. 5. Housing options include stainless steel, cold‑rolled sheet steel, and aluminum alloy; available configurations comprise forced‑air cooling and natural heat dissipation types, with cable entry/exit arrangements customizable to upper-in/upper-out, lower-in/upper-out, or lower-in/lower-out configurations. 6.   6. The transformer can be equipped with a temperature control and display system upon customer request, and can be used in conjunction with a temperature control system.
