  Overview

  Product Features

  1. The core is a seamless, non‑graded structure with an almost circular cross‑section, formed by winding silicon steel strip material. The yoke and core limbs are joined with rounded corners, and the core is of a closed configuration.

  2. The high- and low-voltage windings are wound directly on the iron core, ensuring excellent concentricity between the two windings and superior short-circuit withstand capability.

  3. Due to its unique core structure—formed by winding high‑quality, grain‑oriented cold‑rolled silicon steel sheets and subsequently annealed—the S11‑M.R transformer exhibits a 30% reduction in no‑load losses, a 70% reduction in no‑load current, and a noise level that is approximately 8 dB lower compared with an S9‑type transformer of the same capacity.

  4. The oil conservator is eliminated, and a corrugated‑plate oil tank is adopted; temperature‑induced changes in oil volume are compensated by the elasticity of the corrugations, isolating the transformer oil from air and thereby extending its service life.

  5. The corrugated oil tank features low temperature rise, a small footprint, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

  6. All core‑processing operations have been fully mechanized, reducing labor intensity and improving product quality while ensuring consistent performance.
