Product Description

General

The iron core of S11-MR all-sealed three-phase cut-wound core power transformer is made by special coiling machine which coils silicon steel belt to form an integral iron core.The noise and no-load loss are greatly decreased compared with S9 series transformers.The product has good appear ance and high performance.lt is a new,energy-saving product.

The iron core is made of coiled silicon steel belt;it is closed.

HV$LV coils are directly coiled on the iron core and have a good performance of anti-short circuit.

In contrast to S9,S11-MR transformer is greatly improved due to specially-designed structure of the iron core.NO-load loss decreases by 30%;no-load current decreases by 70% and the noise by 8 db or so.

It has adopted the corrugating oil tank instead of the oil collec-tor.The changing of the oil volume due to the temperature wilh be adjust-ted by the corrugating plate to separate the transformer and the air and prolongs its mechanical life.

It has adopted the corrugating oil tank,It is small and beautiful.

The iron core has been manufactured mechanically,which has reduced the labor force,improed the product quality,and so on.
