S11-M Series 10 kV Class Low-Loss Fully Sealed Power Transformer

Fully sealed power transformers eliminate the oil conservator and instead utilize the finned walls of the corrugated tank as heat‑dissipating cooling elements. As the transformer oil level rises or falls, the tank expands and contracts, isolating the interior from the atmosphere and thereby preventing oil degradation, insulation moisture ingress, and aging, thus enhancing operational reliability. The core is fabricated from high‑quality cold‑rolled silicon steel sheets, which effectively optimize the magnetic flux density distribution within the core, reduce noise, and lower losses. The windings are wound with high‑strength enameled wire (or paper‑wrapped wire) in a cylindrical (or disc‑type) configuration, featuring uniform ampere‑turn distribution and a well‑designed insulation system, providing excellent short‑circuit withstand capability. All fasteners inside the tank are equipped with locknuts to ensure they remain securely tightened during operation even after long‑distance transportation. Following phosphating, the tank surface is coated with a three‑proof paint—resistant to moisture, mold, and salt spray—making it ideally suited for demanding environments such as metallurgy, mining, and petrochemical industries.
