This product is the SCB13 series resin‑insulated dry‑type transformer, independently developed by our company through the introduction of advanced foreign technologies. The resin‑based composite material is prepared using two cutting‑edge techniques—advanced overseas mixing methods and vacuum thin‑film degassing—which ensure uniform blending and the complete removal of air bubbles. The product exhibits exceptionally low partial discharge levels, controllable below 5 pC. Both the high‑ and low‑voltage windings are cast under vacuum and pressure, providing the resin insulation with both full encapsulation and thorough interlayer impregnation. The cast body features a dense, cured structure that is flame‑retardant, explosion‑proof, and environmentally friendly. Equipped with an RS‑485 serial interface for connection to a computer, it enables centralized monitoring and control.   1. The no-load loss of this product is more than 20% lower than that of the SCB11 model, delivering outstanding energy-saving performance, economical operation, and maintenance-free service.

  2. The product’s noise level is 10–15 decibels lower than the current industry standard.

  3. The transformer is compact, easy to install, maintenance-free, and incurs low maintenance costs.

  4. Combines an advanced laminated design with vibration-damping measures, resulting in low noise levels.

  5. The high-voltage unitary cast structure and the low-voltage foil-type design ensure excellent ampere-turn distribution and strong short-circuit withstand capability.

  6. Temperature distribution is uniform, with low hotspot temperatures and high reliability.
