　　Overview

With low noise, minimal losses, and enhanced safety and energy efficiency, these transformers are ideally suited for urban distribution networks, residential communities, and public facilities such as hospitals and schools.

　　Structural features

　　1. The amorphous‑alloy core adopts a wound‑core structure, with a three‑phase, five‑limb configuration and a rectangular core cross‑section. Amorphous alloy is an “amorphous metal,” in which the metal atoms are arranged in a disordered fashion. With a material thickness of only 0.02 mm, it is produced using the advanced “planar spray‑casting” process. This material, whose crystalline structure differs entirely from that of silicon‑steel laminations, exhibits superior magnetic permeability and demagnetization characteristics.

　　2. The coil is rectangular and multi-layered, wound with oxygen-free copper wire. Interlayer insulation is provided by perforated adhesive paper, enhancing its mechanical strength.

　　3. Amorphous‑alloy power transformers feature an aesthetically pleasing corrugated oil tank, which is manufactured on an advanced automated tank‑production line and rigorously subjected to hydrostatic leak testing, pneumatic pressure testing, and fluorescent inspection, thereby ensuring the product’s reliability and safety.
