General
HXGN-12(F) and HXGN-12(FR) fixed AC metal closed looped network switchgears are suit-able for 10KV 50Hz three-phase AC distribution system, it can control each branch line at the switching station, and its function is distribution, open and close. It is widely used in looped network power supply, terminal power supply, box-type substation, etc.
Use environmental conditions
Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40℃ lower limit -25℃
The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
Relative humidity: daily average value ≯ 95%, monthly average value ≯ 90%;
The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.;

Structure and function characteristics
The cabinet is divided into busbar room and switch room.
The cabinet body is an assembled structure, which is stable and reliable.
has a unique valve structure and good protection performance. After the load switch is opened, the valve automatically isolates the fracture, so that the incoming line, the busbar room and the switch room are separated, and the inspection and maintenance are safe and reliable.
It is convenient to extend and combine, which can form a ring network power supply unit and various wiring methods (see the main wiring diagram of the typical scheme).
The three-phase is arranged in front and back, the width of the cabinet is small, and the floor space is small. Using compressed air principle to extinguish the arc, the breaking performance is stable and reliable.
The operating mechanism has two choices of manual and electric.
The mechanical interlock is advanced and reliable, meeting the requirements of "five preventions". The load switch and the grounding knife can be locked in the open or closed position with a lock, and the interlock between the load switches can be realized according to the program.
The main component load switch and fuse are easy to replace.
No environmental pollution, no fire or explosion hazard.
Can be equipped with shunt release.
Can be equipped with charged display device and nuclear phase device.
