Founded in 1984, Jiangsu Ming’an Electrical Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the state-run Hai’an Farm Transformer Plant. In September, 2007, it was renamed Jiangsu Ming’an Electrical Co., Ltd after restructuring. With a registered capital of 100.18 million Yuan, it now has over 300 employees, over 20% of technicians hold a junior college degree and above. With a total asset around 250 million Yuan, it can produce 3.5 million transformers of all types with KVA capacity, 5000 sets of pre-installed transformer substations, and high and low-voltage complete set switch cabinet.
