I. Basic conditions of the Company

　　Founded in 1984, Jiangsu Ming’an Electrical Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the state-run Hai’an Farm Transformer Plant. In September, 2007, it was renamed Jiangsu Ming’an Electrical Co., Ltd after restructuring. With a registered capital of 100.18 million Yuan, it now has over 300 employees, over 20% of technicians hold a junior college degree and above. With a total asset around 250 million Yuan, it can produce 3.5 million transformers of all types with KVA capacity, 5000 sets of pre-installed transformer substations, and high and low-voltage complete set switch cabinet. With strong supporting capacity in its products, it is a Jiangsu-based new and high-tech company that is specialized at producing electric transmission and transformation equipment. The Company is located in Hai’an New and High-tech Development Zone in the Yangtze River Delta with Xinyi-Changxing Railway, Ningjing-Qidong Railway, 204 National Road, 328 National Road and coastal expressway crossing in here. It is adjacent to Nantong International Port, Nantong Airport, Yangtai Airport and Yancheng Airport and is only an over-1-hour-bus-ride to Shanghai Hongqiao Transportation Hub. Its geological condition is superior and transportation is convenient.

II. Product structure

　　The company mainly produces S11 and S13 series oil immersible power transformer with voltage grade under 35 KV as well as SG（B）10、SC（B）10、SC（B）11、SC(B)13 series dry transformer, ZGS11、ZGS13、ZGSBH15 combined type transformer, ZGS11-Z.F series wind power generation transformer, ZGS11-Z-G series photovoltaic power generation transformer, S（B）H15-M•R series amorphous alloy transformer, D11, D12 and D13-M.R series single-phase transformer, YBM preinstalled transformer and high and low complete set switch cabinet, etc. Transformers and switch cabinets produced by the Company are low in energy consumption, low in noise, reasonable in structure and superior in performance with their technical performance and other indicators reaching the advanced level. They have been extensively applied to urban and rural power grid, petrifaction, metallurgy, spinning, machinery, mine, port and residential community, etc.

III. Development status of the Company

Its sales network has covered over 20 provinces, cities and municipalities and its supporting facilities have knocked into the international market and are sold far to the overseas countries.
