Overview

GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated working current up to 3150A for power users such as power plants, substations, factories and mining enterprises, as power conversion for power, lighting and power distribution equipment , Distribution and control.

GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage power distribution cabinet designed based on the principles of safety, economy, reasonableness, and reliability in accordance with the requirements of the superiors in charge of the Ministry of Energy, the majority of power users and the design department. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, series, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage switchgear.

GGD AC voltage distribution cabinet complies with LEC439 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment", GB7251.1 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment" and other standards.

Conditions of Use:

1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35℃.

2. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40C, and a larger relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature. (For example, 90% at +20°C) should be considered due to temperature changes that may occasionally produce condensation.

4. When the equipment is installed, the inclination of the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%.

5. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded.

6. When the user has special requirements, it can be resolved through consultation with the manufacturer.

 

Installation and use:

After the product arrives at the receiving place, first check whether the packaging is intact and undamaged. If any problem is found, the relevant department should be notified to find the cause. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be stored in an appropriate place according to the normal conditions of use.

 

Product installation:

The installation of the product should be carried out according to the installation diagram. The foundation channel steel and bolts should be prepared by the user. When the main busbar is installed, the lap surface should be repaired and cleaned, painted with neutral petroleum jelly or other measures, and then tightened with bolts.

After the product is installed, the following items need to be inspected and tested before being put into operation:

A. Check whether the surface paint of the cabinet is peeled off, and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.

B. Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force.

C. Whether the on-off of main electrical appliances is reliable and accurate. Whether the on-off of the auxiliary contact is reliable and accurate.

D. Whether the change ratio and polarity of the instrument indication and the transformer are accurate.

E. Whether the busbar connection is good, whether the insulation support, installation parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.

F. Whether the auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specifications of the fuse are correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate.

G. Whether the contacts of the circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.

H. whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements.

I. The insulation resistance value measured with a 500 volt megger shall not be less than 1 megohm.
