  Overview

  The GCL/K-0.4 type withdrawable low-voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to simply as the “device”) is independently designed and developed by our company, drawing on domestic and international advancements in withdrawable low-voltage switchgear technology and structural features. It is a withdrawable switchgear that has passed national CCC certification and is abbreviated as (TTA).   This device is suitable for three-phase five-wire power grids operating at 50 Hz, with a rated voltage of 380 V and a rated current of 2,500 A or less, and is used in power generation, transmission, and distribution systems for applications such as motor and lighting circuits, electrical energy conversion, and protection and control.

 

  Working environmental conditions

  1. For indoor installation.

  2. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, nor fall below -5°C, and its 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed +35°C.

  3. No explosive gases, corrosive gases, or conductive dust.

  4. The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at a morning temperature of +40°C; at lower temperatures, higher relative humidity levels are permissible—for example, 90% at +20°C—provided that the possibility of occasional condensation due to temperature fluctuations is taken into account.

  5. The altitude shall not exceed 2,000 m.

  6. The temperature during transportation and storage may range from −25°C to +55°C; for short periods (not exceeding 2 hours), the temperature may reach +70°C.

  Structural features

  1. The basic components of the frame are made from 8MF cold‑rolled profiles, which feature mounting holes with diameters of Φ9 mm arranged at module pitches of 20 mm and 100 mm on both side faces, enabling flexible and convenient assembly.

  2. The cabinet is divided into functional unit compartments, cable compartments, and busbar compartments, with steel plates used to separate the compartments; each compartment functions relatively independently.

  3. The modular height of the drawer unit is 220 mm, and it is available in four size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 2 units, and 3 units.

  4. The drawer dimensions vary only in height, while its width and depth remain unchanged. Drawers of the same functional unit are fully interchangeable.

  5. The four types of drawer units can be assembled either as a single configuration or in a mixed configuration within the same cabinet. Drawers of the 1/2-unit size must be arranged as a single group.

  6. The drawer unit is equipped with a reliable mechanical interlock: the drawer compartment door can be opened—and the drawer pulled out—only when the main circuit breaker is in the open position. The drawer has three distinct positions: connected, test, and disconnected.

  7. The equipment is designed for front‑panel operation, rear‑side cable outlet, and maintenance from both the front and rear of the cabinet. The horizontal busbar is mounted at the top of the cabinet. Depending on the primary system schematic, the horizontal busbar can be configured as either a front‑side or rear‑side busbar.
