Product Description
General
This device is the indoor metal armoured draw-out switchgear(called the switchgear hereafter), and it is the complete power distri-bution equipment of 3000-10000V three-phase AV 50Hz single busbar and its segmented system. It is mainly used for the power plant, the power supply of the small and medium sized generators, the power distribution of the industrial enterprises, the power receive and power supply of the secondary substation of the electric power system, the starting of the large high-voltage motor, etc. It is used for controlling, protecting and monitoring. This switchgear can meet the requirements of DL/T404, IEC 298, GB3906 standards, etc, and it has the interlocking functions of preventing pushing & pulling the breaker handcart carrying load, mistakenly opening or closing the breaker, closing the breaker when the earthing switch is located in closed position, mistakenly bringing into the charged compartment, mistakenly closing the earthing switch when charged, etc. It can use VS1 vacuum circuit breaker and it can also use VD4 vacuum circuit breaker made by ABB Company. Actually, it is the power distribution equipment with superior performance.
Switchgear is designed based on the armoured type metal-enclosed switchgear specified in GB390. It is composed of cabinet and builtin type draw-out part(handcart), please refer to diagram1. The cabinet has four separate compartments, and the protection degree of the casing is IP4x. The degree of protection when each small compartment and breaker room door opens is IP2x. It has the incoming and outgoing function scheme for overhead incoming and outgoing cables and the other function schemes, and it can become all kinds of power distribution equipment after being arranged and combined. This switch-gear can be carried out the installation, debugging and maintenance on the front, so it can be combined into double arrangement back to back and it can be installed against the wall, so that the safety and flexibility can be improved and the occupation area can be reduced.
