Product Overview:
The new‑generation amorphous‑alloy transformer is an energy‑efficient, environmentally friendly model. Its core is made from imported amorphous alloy, while the oil tank is manufactured on a domestically produced automated corrugated‑tank production line. Featuring a fully sealed, maintenance‑free design, it delivers low noise and low losses, ensuring safety, energy efficiency, and environmental protection. Structural features:
- The amorphous‑alloy core adopts a toroidal‑core structure and a three‑phase, five‑limb configuration, with a rectangular cross‑section. Amorphous alloy is an “amorphous metal,” in which the metal atoms are arranged in a disordered fashion. Its material thickness is only 0.02 mm, and it is produced using the advanced “planar spray‑casting” process. This material, whose crystalline structure differs entirely from that of silicon steel, exhibits superior magnetic permeability and demagnetization characteristics.
- The coil is rectangular, multi-layered, and manufactured using oxygen-free copper wire. Interlayer insulation is provided by perforated adhesive paper, enhancing its mechanical strength.
- Amorphous‑alloy power transformers feature an aesthetically pleasing corrugated oil tank. Manufactured on an advanced automated tank‑production line and rigorously subjected to hydrostatic leak testing, pneumatic pressure testing, and fluorescent flaw detection, these transformers ensure reliable and safe performance.
