Structural features:
- The amorphous‑alloy core adopts a toroidal‑core structure with a three‑phase, five‑leg configuration; its cross‑section is rectangular. Amorphous alloy is an “amorphous metal,” in which the metal atoms are arranged in a disordered fashion. With a thickness of only 0.02 mm, it is produced using the advanced “planar spray‑casting” process. This material, whose crystalline structure differs fundamentally from that of silicon steel, exhibits superior magnetic permeability and demagnetization characteristics.
- The coil is rectangular, multi-layered, and manufactured using oxygen-free copper wire. Interlayer insulation is provided by perforated adhesive paper, enhancing its mechanical strength.
- Amorphous‑alloy power transformers feature an aesthetically pleasing corrugated oil tank. Manufactured on an advanced automated tank‑production line and rigorously subjected to hydrostatic leak testing, pneumatic pressure testing, and fluorescent inspection, these transformers ensure reliable and safe performance.
