  The new energy‑efficient, energy‑saving transformer utilizes high‑grade grain‑oriented silicon steel for the core and oxygen‑free copper with excellent electrical conductivity for the windings. It achieves a no‑load loss reduction of over 30% and a load loss reduction of more than 20%, resulting in an overall loss reduction of 25%. During grid operation, this design maximizes the economic benefits of energy‑saving transformers.

 

  Product Features:


  1. Reduce no-load losses.
  Employing high-performance silicon steel laminations with a five‑step lap joint, the core structure and manufacturing process have been optimized to reduce the process factor. The silicon steel laminations are not stacked with the upper yoke and undergo an uncoated treatment, while shear burrs are kept below 0.02 mm.
  2. Reduce load losses.
  Wires are drawn from oxygen-free copper rods, which have higher electrical conductivity than electrolytic copper, thereby enhancing the conductor’s conductivity. By appropriately reducing the current density, optimizing the insulation structure—employing semi-oil channels, pre‑formed insulation components, integral winding assembly, self‑adhesive wire, and self‑adhesive paper—we can minimize the insulation volume, increase the winding fill factor, and reduce the winding dimensions, thus lowering load losses.
  3. Reduce wear and tear on other components.
  Improving the core structure: Refine the design to control winding leakage flux and optimize ampere‑turn balance, thereby reducing stray losses in structural components such as the oil tank. Employ corrugated oil tanks and plate‑type radiators to enhance heat dissipation efficiency.
