During the meeting, Chairman Cao Hongxin delivered a thorough review of the company’s performance in 2015, offering a detailed analysis of the current business environment. Building on this assessment, he outlined a comprehensive plan for the year ahead. “Comrades,” Chairman Cao encouraged the audience, “the year 2015, now drawing to a close, was one of success and hard work—a year marked by both fruitful achievements and significant challenges. Despite mounting market pressures and obstacles, through the concerted efforts of every employee, we still attained commendable results. The road ahead may be long and arduous, but with determination, we can rise to meet it and forge new heights.
