On November 1, 2015, the "Haian County Ninth Workers’ Professional Transformer Upper Yoke Stacking Skills Competition" was jointly organized by the Hai’an County Federation of Trade Unions, Hai’an County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Nantong Transformer Industry Chamber of Commerce. Jiangsu Yawei Transformer Co., Ltd. was grandly held. More than 30 contestants from more than a dozen units participated in the competition.

Our company recommended three contestants to participate. Among them, Zhou Shibin and Huang Zhonggen maintained a consistent rigorous style. They won the first and second places respectively in the theoretical knowledge and practical operation competitions, which won honor for the company, and also won applause and self-confidence for themselves.
