On November 1, 2015, the “9th Hai’an County Workers’ Occupational Transformer Upper-Yoke Lamination Skills Competition,” jointly organized by the Hai’an County Federation of Trade Unions, the Hai’an County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Nantong Transformer Industry Chamber of Commerce, was solemnly held at 8:00 a.m. that day at Jiangsu Yawei Transformer Co., Ltd. More than thirty contestants from over ten participating organizations took part in the competition.

Among them, Zhou Shibin and Huang Zhonggen, true to their consistently rigorous approach, took first and second place respectively in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills events, bringing honor to the company while earning applause and boosting their confidence.
